These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdSnap browser extension and the adsnap.me website (the "Service"), operated by Onenly LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AdSnap is a product-research tool for e-commerce sellers. It lets you discover ads in the Facebook Ad Library, analyze and validate stores, track price and stock over time, run AI-assisted analyses, and save your research to your own Google Sheet. Features may evolve over time.
AdSnap offers Free, Pro, and Ultra plans, available on monthly or annual billing. The current features, limits, and prices for each plan are shown on our pricing page. Free plans include usage limits; paid plans raise or remove those limits. Some features are metered (e.g., monthly allowances), and we may adjust limits over time.
Paid subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us (through that provider) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees, plus any taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for the accuracy of your billing information.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. After cancellation your plan reverts to Free.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining period. At our discretion, we may grant a refund within 7 days of a first-time purchase. To request one, contact support@adsnap.me.

Our extension uses the Google Drive API with the limited drive.file scope to write to Google Sheets you choose. By connecting your Google account, you authorize AdSnap to create a new Google Sheet on your behalf, or to access a sheet you explicitly select through the Google Picker, and to append your research to it. AdSnap can only access files it creates or that you specifically pick — we cannot access, read, or store any other files or data in your Google account.
All content, code, and branding associated with AdSnap are the intellectual property of Onenly LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission. Data you save to your own Google Sheet belongs to you.
The Service surfaces publicly available information from third-party platforms (such as the Facebook Ad Library and online stores) and may link to third-party websites. We do not own, endorse, or guarantee that content and are not responsible for third-party sites or their policies.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. Third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Shopify, Google) may change at any time, which can affect functionality. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Research signals, scores, estimates, and AI analyses are approximations for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of results, accuracy, or sales. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onenly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onenly LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party platforms, network failures, or acts of nature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first contact us to resolve any dispute informally; if it cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Onenly LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
